Plains Cotton Cooperative Association - Liberal Chamber of Commerce

PCCA is a farmer cooperative owned by approximately 29,000 cotton growers in Texas, Oklahoma, and Kansas. All earnings from this business are returned to the growers who deliver cotton to it. The facility is the largest single-shed warehouse in the United States and allows for the nation’s most effective cotton bale receiving storage and shipping system.
